Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect any information about your conversations with characters.Information We Collect
There are two basic categories of information we collect:Information you provide.
The only information that you provide is the content you include when creating a character. This includes the description about the character and the avatar image for that character. You should not include any personally identifiable information here.Information we get when you use our services.
When you use our services, we collect information about which of those services you used and how you used them. The information we collect is:1. When using a HammerAI website or making API calls to HammerAI, we may log page views and requests using @vercel/analytics (https://github.com/vercel/analytics), a privacy-friendly traffics insights package. To quote from it, "the recording of data points (i.e. page views, custom events) is anonymous, so you have insight into your data without it being tied to or associated with any individual, customer, or IP address. Vercel Web Analytics does not collect or store any information that would enable you to reconstruct an end user's browsing session across different applications or websites and/or personally identify an end user. A minimal amount of data is collected and it is used for aggregated statistics only." We also may log page views and requests using a self-hosted version of Umami (https://umami.is), a different GDPR & CCPA compliant, open source, no cookies, privacy-friendly traffics insights package. You can read their FAQ here: https://umami.is/docs/faq and their code here: https://github.com/umami-software/umami. By using HammerAI you agree to the collection of data using it.
When using purchasing a license to activate Pro features, we see information which Gumroad (https://gumroad.com/) collects and stores for us. By using HammerAI you agree to the collect of data by Gumroad and their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not connect the information collected by Gumroad with the information that HammerAI services collect.
2. When you submit feedback, we record the IP address along with the submitted feedback. We do this to understand whether the same user is submitting the same feedback many times.
3. Other usage data may be automatically collected when using HammerAI. This may include your device's Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages that you visit, the time and date of Your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to improve our products. Here are some ways we do this:1. We develop, improve, maintain, and protect our products and services.
2. We understand how many different users are requesting different features.
3. We understand what geographic region our users are coming from, so we can accordingly make our products better.
4. We use our activity numbers to track our users' overall app engagement so we can figure out whether our products are delivering our users' needs.
How We Share Information
We may share usage information with Cloudflare and Vercel to the extent required by using their products and services. We do not share our information with any other 3rd parties.How Long We Keep Your Information
